3er Wg in Friedenau sucht MitbewohnerIn

Hallo zusammen,
in unserer wunderschönen 3er-WG wird ab mitte September ein Zimmer frei.

Unsere zwei stöckige Maisonette-Wohnung verteilt sich mit insgesamt 110m2 auf das 4. und 5. OG. Das frei werdende Zimmer befindet sich in der 4. Etage.
Das Zimmer ist 10,5m2 groß und hat einen schönen Dielenfußboden. Zudem ist das Zimmer hell und ruhig, da das Fenster in den Innenhof zeigt. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne und Dusche befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Etage. Unsere Küche mit Kochinsel und das Wohnzimmer befinden sich im 5. OG. Dach- und Panoramafenster machen hier den offenen Raum besonders hell. Noch mehr Sonne gibt es auf unserer schönen Terrasse, die genügend Platz zum Gärtnern, Entspannen und vielem mehr bietet :)

Die Wohnung ist zudem gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Ring- und U-Bahn-Station "Bundesplatz" sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und nur drei Stationen vom 'Südkreuz', sowie fünf Stationen vom 'zoologischen Garten' entfernt.

Abschließend noch ein paar Zeilen zu uns beiden. Julie kommt aus Frankreich, spricht aber fließend Englisch. Sie ist 31 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Wirtschaftswissenschaftlerin. Mein Name ist Max, ich bin 32 Jahre alt und arbeite als Editor, was bedeutet, dass ich Filme und Serien schneide. Wir kochen in unserer WG gerne gemeinsam, oder lassen zusammen schön den Abend ausklingen. Wir schätzen jedoch genauso unsere Privatsphäre und Ruhe, die man in unserer WG gut finden kann.

Wenn du dir das Zusammenleben mit uns vorstellen kannst, dann melde dich gerne bei uns. Damit wir jedoch auch von dir einen kleinen Eindruck bekommen können, erzähle uns doch bitte vorab ein bisschen von dir und deinen Vorstellungen von einer Wohngemeinschaft.

Übrigens gibt es noch ein zusätzliches kleines Zimmer mit ca. 6m2, welches sich auf der selben Etage wie dein Zimmer befindet. Dieses Zimmer ist jedoch nicht in der Miete von 595€ enthalten, steht zur Zeit jedoch leer und bietet Freiraum für Ideen. Wenn es dich interessiert, dann finden wir sicher eine akzeptable Lösung :)

Hello everybody,
in the midle of september, we offer a room for rent in our beautiful three-person flatshare.

Our two-storey apartment with a total of 110m2 is spread over the 4th and 5th floor. The proposed room is on the 4th floor.
The room is 10,5m2 in size and comes equipped with a beautiful planked floor. One big window fills the room with a lot of light. The room is very quiet, since the window is facing towards the inner yard. A beautiful bathroom with a large bathtub and a shower cubicle is also located on this floor. Our kitchen with a cooking island and the living room are on the 5th floor. Through the roof hatch and panoramic windows there is a lot of light coming into this room.
In case you want even more sun, you can enjoy the beautiful terrace, which offers enough space for gardening, relaxing and much more :)

The apartment is also well connected to public transportation. The Ringbanh and the U-Bahn-Station ‘Bundesplatz’ can be reached in five minutes by foot. The station ‘zoologischer Garten’, is reached in five stops by U9 and ‘Südkreuz’ is easily reached by S42 in three stops. There are supermarkets around the corner and beautiful parks are close to the apartment.

Finally, a few lines about the two of us. Julie is 31 years old and from france. She also speaks english and works as a researcher in economics. My name is Max, I'm 32 years old and I edit films and series. We like to cook together or spend a fun evening in our cosy flat. However, we also appreciate our privacy and tranquility, which you can find in our shared apartment.

By the way, there is an additional small room with approx. 6m2 right next to the offered room. However, this room is not included in the rent of 595€. But if you are interested in it, then I’m sure we can find an agreeable solution :)
