Hello All due to personal resons I am moving out and I need to find a new main tenant for my room and the flat.
I love this flat and I am really sad to leave so I am searching for someone who wants to stay long term (6 months minimum).
Your room will be very quiet as also the other people are. The room looks on a playground so no big street and at the same time very cool during summer.
The room will be empty ( I am interested in selling my bed but it's not a must) for this you will see just few pics of the room its self but you are more than welcome to come and visit it your self :)

The area is Lichtinberg, 10315 is the post code. You do have all very close as well the city hall where you can make ANMELDUNG because yes you can have your ANMELDUNG here.

The flat is amazing, I never had problem with the others :)
I don't lock my room. You will meet them :)
Anyway you will be alway welcome to have guest as long during the week after a certain time you will be quiet.
We have two toilets so is never been a problem and the kitchen is very big so you can be all together and still there will be room.
So what else?
When you will come and see the room you need to bring your SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) with you and Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung. You will need this to rent the room as you will be renting from HOWOGE.
OF COURSE YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO THINK ABOUT IT :)
You can move in from the 1 of Sep or mid Aug, we will have to decided it together but if you need to leave something in the room before the date it won't be a problem :)
