YOUR BEDROOM
The room is 14m² and bright all day long, it faces east and has a large window, with a highly liveable, warm and comfortable space. The room is subleased with the necessary furniture which I purchased last year, and will be sold to the future roommate for 220€ (bed frame, slatted base, mattress, desk, chair, clothes rack) I'm giving the shelf for free, boxes excluded.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is spacious, bright and in good condition.
The kitchen is quite large and equipped with an induction stove, fridge and freezer, there are many cupboards and drawers so each tenant has a private space to store stuff.
The bathroom is quite large too, there is a bathtub and a washing machine.
At the very end of the hallway there is a useful closet.
The apartment is on the sixth floor and is easily reachable by elevator, it is very quiet, with a nice view of the green surroundings. We are in the Lichtenberg area, not too far from the U5 Friedrichsfelde stop, which is a ten-minute walk away. In a short time you can reach Ostkreuz by bus, the bus stop is 5 min away.
There are many parks all around and the atmosphere is very peaceful, great for outdoor sports enthusiasts.
Within a five-minute walk you have Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, the pharmacy, a post office and Sparkasse.
– The room will be available starting April 1st.
– The sublease contract lasts for one year and is renewable every year.
– MONTHLY RENT 460€ including all expenses. *This may fluctuate a bit since both the main tenant and I will be leaving this flat in April so we need to cancel the actual electricity contract.
– DEPOSIT 653€ to be paid directly to the person leaving this bedroom.
