Hello!
I am looking for someone in a nice apartment right next to Frankfurter Tor.
It's for a month and a half, with a slight possibility that it's a bit longer. So please clearly state when responding that you are aware that for now it's only one and a half months (01.12 - 15.01).
Your room is about 15m2; cosy, bright and quiet. The bed is new with a new mattress. Everything can be easily rearranged if you want...
The flat (72m2) has a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, one of which is yours.
The bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has everything you need for comfortable cooking.
There's a living room (not on pictures) but I use ti mainly to work cause my room is smaller. But we can still hang out there occasionally, there's a projector for movies.
All of the tenants have access to our common garden (and bike storage), sometimes we all sit and chill there, have barbecues, beers and all that jazz... but nowadays that's probably not happening :(
The location is a-amazing. It's in a quiet street (!) next to Frankfurter Tor (!). There you have access to trams and U5. S-bahn is two tram stops away. So you're really in the center of everything , but without noise. Clubs, bars, that's all around here, 5 minutes walk.
All the shops are near-by, a big Spati / bakery is 30 seconds walk, Edeka 2 minutes walk and Rewe and Lidl 5-10 minutes.
If you're into that, the second-hand store Humana on three floors is 5 minutes walk.
I'm Marko, a Croatian guy, with backgrond in philosophy and social sciences, former Greenpeace campaigner, moderate ADHD, lots of interests, occasional party. Currently working on social campaigns, and also in the process of starting my own business.
I am looking for someone who wants to appreciate and respect it and keep it reasonably clean. An open, friendly, relaxed person with whom living together is fun. That being said, this is not purpose-only flat, I’d like to have a sense of community here.
I am open-minded, super energetic, sociable, communicative but, of course, I also oocasionaly need time for myself. I like being curious, creative and adventurous which means I am spending my free time in such a way. Also cooking, going out with friends, singing, dancing the night away, getting lost on my bike on Sundays…
I appreciate open and easy-going communication, warmth, tolerance and people who do not take things too seriously..
This is just a short term rental, sorry, I know how it is: we've all been through the horror of moving places. But it's still much cheaper than Airbnb.
Also, it's not Airbnb, but I have some sheets and pillows. We'll be living together so let's be great flatmates :)!
There's a new dishwasher, yaaay. But the universe wants to be in the balance and because of that the washing machine is currently acting weird, but I'm in the process of fixing it.
