I (Jen, 25, Flightattendant) am looking for a 1 roommate.
Whole flat 110 sqm
Your future room ~25 sqm (backyard facing)
NO ANMELDUNG POSSIBLE! No dogs or cats (I’m so sorry but yeah)
SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) would be good to see, Income Proof too! (Bring along when we meet)
The flat is located near schlesisches Tor / Oberbaum Bridge - has a big living room (which you can use in agreement)
A new kitchen with everything you need,
And a bathroom with shower.
I am in the flat very often with my boyfriend but not always during the whole week, cause I am flying longhaul as well.
For me it would be important that the walls stay white and you don’t hang anything, cause after 7 months a family member of my boyfriend is moving in the room and I wanna give her the freshly renovated room as it is now.
You can use the mattress, lamp and furniture as on the picture while you’re staying but I won’t sell them.
