ich spreche natürlich auch deutsch, hatte aber keine lust, den ganzen text nochmal zu übersetzen...antwortet bitte unbedingt auf deutsch, wenn ihr es auch fließend sprecht... ;)
Und bitte nur schreiben, wenn ihr:
- mindestens 24jahre alt seid,
- keine Anmeldung bei mir braucht,
- schon in berlin seid, bzw. heute oder morgen (9./10.Jan) das zimmer besichtigen könnt,
- und es für euch möglich ist, das zimmer schon ab Januar zu mieten und zu bezahlen...
Würde dann auch gern spätestens freitag eine entscheidung treffen, und du könntest dann natürlich auch sofort einziehen, wenn du magst... :)

my current flatmate left germany for good, so her room is free for somebody new to move in January!
I'm looking for someone reliable, but still with a friendly, warm and rather outgoing/cheerful personality!
And also someone who likes to cook and to spend time in the kitchen to make it possible to have a chat while having a coffee or a meal or a wine together, and who knows that it is important time to stay in good contact as flatmates.
The room itself is sunny and very bright, has 20sqm and is in a quiet street! Ostkreuz is the nearest station, so you have the fastest connection to everywhere in the city. the room can be empty or with basic furnitures, if you need...
Also there is a supermarket across the street, open till 10pm every day :)
the rent is 540 euros per month with all costs included, and there is a 500 euros deposit/kaution...and there is sadly NO ANMELDUNG possible!
if you are interested, please send me short message about you (also happy to read your copy&paste thing, if not to long ;)...but please add some personal lines about your daily life schedule and your cooking habbits, thanks!
