The 69sqm Altbau-apartment was completely renovated and refurbished by me in 2016. At your disposal is a spacious rustic industrial kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and rainforest shower. It is located on the 1st floor. The smaller of the two rooms would be your private lockable room, quiet and fully furnished with a box spring bed 1.40 m wide, bedside table, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and shelves and has a balcony facing the backyard. Herringbone parquet, floorboards and high ceilings with stucco as well as a rustic industrial design create a beautiful old building atmosphere.
As a Medical Doctor I started a new job at Magdeburg Uniklinik and am commuting, being absent during weekdays, which leaves the whole apartment for you to use during this time. On weekends and Holidays I’m in Berlin and staying in the living room.
The apartment is in the middle of the trendy Graefe Kiez. The quiet in the apartment is very pleasant, at the same time the neighborhood is very lively with many great restaurants and cafes.
You're very well connected. Within 3 minutes walking you get to subway station Schönleinstraße, U8 will take you directly to Alexanderplatz and Mitte. Also very close is subway station Hermannplatz where the U7 runs which goes all the way into the West of the city. In two minutes you reach the Bus station of M41 which goes to Potsdamer Platz and Hauptbahnhof. Download City Mapper on your smartphone, it's an awesome app.
