Hey everyone✨️!
I’m renting my beautiful 28m² room from December 25th and the whole of January 2024 (you can also only take it during January). You will live in a cozy 63 m2, 2-room flat between Friedrichshain-Lichtenberg. The rent is 700-750€ (depending on dates) all included and a deposit of 300€.
ROOM/APARTMENT
-63 m² Altbau apartment consisting of 2 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 hallway.
-Fully furnished 28m² room: 180x200cm bed, huge wooden desk with gamer chair, wall wardrobe, small living room with table and a comfy sofa, big mirror, whiteboard, speakers, big windows, fairy lights, and plants (I will need you to take care of them 🙏🏽💚).
-Well-equipped kitchen: stove, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, shelves, dining table/chairs, and anything needed to cook. You will find the washing machine here too.
-Bathroom: bathtub, some cabinets, and a shelf where you can put your stuff.
-Hallway: hangers on the wall to put jackets, shoe racks, and vacuum/mopping robot.
-The building has backyardd area where you can sit/chill and a bike locking area.
LOCATION
-The apartment is 5 min by bike/10 min walk from Frankfurter Alle S-Bahn/U-Bahn station and Storkower Straße S-Bahn station.
-Tram lines: M21, M13, M10.
-We have 2 REWE and 2 Lidl around the corner ad around 7 min away there are also 1 Netto and 1 Aldi.
-Boxahagener Platz is 7 min by bike, where you will find lots of bars, restaurants, kinos… FUN.
