Hey! I'm looking for a roommate starting 1 October. Longterm with Anmeldung.
The apartment has beautiful high ceilings and plenty of natural light, especially in your bedroom. 5 minutes from the U5 and the Ring, it is easy to get to every part of town, but there are also plenty of lovely cafes, bars and grocery stores nearby.
I would be your roommate (Lena, they/them, 25). I work doing admin at an arts organization, and in my freetime I enjoy sewing, watching movies, and spending time outside. I'm pretty chill as a roommate and am fine with guests and noise and whatnot, though I personally am quieter. I'm vegetarian and would prefer to live with another vegetarian, though that isn't a huge deal if you wash your pans after cooking.
Important to mention a potential dealbreaker is that the apartment is heated with coal ovens, although I personally opt to use a space heater in the winter and swallow the costs.
Necessary documents include payslips (at least 1.4k netto earnings), SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , and a Bürgschaft/guarantor. Please mention that you have all of these at the beginning of your message, and if you're okay with the coal ovens lol
