Zwischenmiete in 2er WG

Hallo zusammen,
Ich möchte mein Zimmer untervermieten an einen Mann >25 Jahre, in meiner 2er WG von 01.12.23 bis 01.05.2024, da ich auf Reisen sein werde.

Mein Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß mit einfacher Ausstattung, mit allem. Was nötig ist. Möbel und Schrank können aber ggf. mitgebracht werden.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 80 qm groß mit Wohnzimmer und Balkon zur fast alleinigen Benutzung.
Mein netter und entspannter Mitbewohner ist Gamer in seiner Freizeit und somit wenn er da ist eh zu 80% in seinem Zimmer. Das heißt Du hast den Großteil der Wohnung auch häufig für Dich. :))
Die ist Nähe Boxhagener Platz und somit mehr als zentral in Friedrichshain gelegen.

Wir suchen beide einen entspannten Zwischenmieter der jetzt nicht jedes Wochenende die WG ab und einreißen will. (Sorry, sind da beide altersmäßig schon etwas raus).
Mir ist wichtig, dass in der Zeit meiner Abwesenheit meine Pflanzen und das Interieur der Wohnung pfleglich behandelt wird.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit sollte an 1. Stelle stehen.
Die letzten 2 Untermieter haben das sehr, sagen wir, großzügig ausgelegt. :) / :(

Mietpreis all inkl. 620 Euro/ Monat, warm inkl. WiFi.

Offizielle Anmeldung nach Ansprache und Vorstellung bei Hausverwaltung sicher mgl.

Hello everyone,
I would like to sublet my room to a man >25 years, in my shared flat from 01.12.23 to 01.05.2024, as I will be travelling.

My room is about 16 square metres with simple furnishings, with everything. What is necessary. Furniture and wardrobe can be brought along if necessary.

The flat is about 80 square metres with a living room and balcony for almost sole use.
My nice and relaxed flatmate is a gamer in his spare time and therefore spends 80% of his time in his room when he is there anyway. This means that you often have most of the flat to yourself. :))
It's near Boxhagener Platz and therefore more than centrally located in Friedrichshain.

We're both looking for a relaxed interim tenant who doesn't want to tear down the flat share every weekend. (Sorry, we're both a bit out there in terms of age).
It's important to me that my plants and the interior of the flat are treated with care while I'm away.
Tidiness and cleanliness should come first.
The last 2 lodgers have been very, shall we say, generous in this respect. :) / :(

Rental price all incl. 620 Euro/ month, warm incl. WiFi.
