Schönes Zimmer in Friedrichshainer 3er Luxus-WG

Wir wohnen im Friedrichshainer Nordkiez bzw. Samariterviertel. Hier gibt es kleine Parks mit ebenso vielen kleine Bars und Restaurants. Unsere Wohnung blickt direkt auf die Samariterkirche und den Fernsehturm. Gleich gegenüber ist die beliebte Pizzeria Futura und weitere Essensmöglichkeiten, inklusive Spätis sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Auch ist man zu Fuß schnell (Ca. 15-20 min) am Boxi.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle max. 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Es gibt neben Edeka, Lidl und DM auch einen BioCompany in der Rigaerstraße. Alternativ kann man auch ins Ring-Center gehen. Der nächste Baumarkt ist der Toom an der Storkower-Straße, welche man ebenso fußläufig oder per Rad erreichen kann.

Die Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super. Die nächste S-und U-Bahnhaltestelle ist der S und U-Bhf Frankfurter Allee. Hier fahren die Ringbahnen, sowie die S8/85. Die U5 bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit Richtung Alexanderplatz und Hauptbahnhof. Mit der M13 kann man runter Richtung Warschauer Straße/Boxi fahren oder ohne Umsteigen bis in den Wedding kommen. Wie oben schon erwähnt sie die meisten Dinge des alltäglichen Bedarfs jedoch einfach und fußläufig zu erreichen.

Shopping facilities are all max. 5 min walk away. In addition to Edeka, Lidl and DM, there is also a BioCompany on Rigaerstraße. Alternatively, you can also go to the Ring-Center. The nearest DIY store is Toom on Storkower-Strasse, which can also be reached on foot or by bike.

The connection to public transport is great. The nearest station is the S and U station Frankfurter Allee. Here you can take the Ringbahn and the S8/85. The U5 will take you to Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof in no time. With the M13 you can go down towards Warschauer Straße/Boxi or get to Wedding without changing trains. As mentioned above, most everyday necessities are within easy walking distance.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Maria(25J) aus Italien und Shevaun (32J) aus Australien. Das Herzstück unserer Wohnung ist die große offene Wohnküche. Auch einen eingebauten Dunstgarer gibt es. Hier hat man eine großartige Aussicht auf die Bänschstraße, die Samariterkirche und den Fernsehturm. Im Sommer kann man hier auf unserem super großen Süd-West Balkon das Treiben beobachten und die Sonne genießen.

Maria und Shevaun interessieren sich beide für Kunst und Kultur. Da beide arbeiten und Hobbies haben, kann es auch mal vorkommen, dass man sich ein paar Tage nur wenig sieht. Wir respektieren wenn jemand seine Ruhe braucht und rücken uns nicht auf die Pelle. Auch wenn wir ab und an mal feiern gehen, möchten wir, dass du weißt, dass wir nicht die Friedrichshainer Studenten-Party-WG sind, bei der immer Halli-Galli ist. Wenn du so etwas suchst, müssen wir dich leider enttäuschen.

Wir mögen klare Absprachen und ein respektvolles Miteinander. Geputzt wird bei uns alle zwei Wochen. Dreckig oder unordentlich ist es bei uns eigentlich nie.

/// Your new flatmates will be Maria (25) from Italy and Shevaun (32) from Australia. The heart of our apartment is definitely the large open kitchen-living room. We love to cook with the modern induction stove and relax on our sofa afterwards. Here you have a great view on Bänschstraße, the Samariterkirche and the TV tower. In summer you can watch the hustle and bustle and enjoy the sun on our super large south-west balcony.

Maria and Shevaun are both interested in art, culture and music. Their jobs do keep them busy at times and they both spend a fair bit of time with their hobbies. That's why it can happen that we don't see each other much for a few days. We also respect it when someone needs their rest and don't crowd each other. Even if we go out partying from time to time, we want you to know that we are not the Friedrichshain student party flat where it's always party. If you are looking for something like that, we have to disappoint you.

We like clear agreements and respectful coexistence. We clean every two weeks. It is never dirty or messy in our house.

Die Wohnung:

Noch ein paar Details zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist ein hochwertiger Neubau, ca. 5 Jahre alt. Alle Zimmer sind mit hochwertigem Dielenboden ausgelegt und haben bodentiefe Fenster mit Französischem Balkon. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.

Es gibt zwei moderne Bäder, welche beide mit einer schönen großen Dusche ausgestattet sind. Im großen Hauptbad gibt es außerdem eine Badewanne und natürlich eine Waschmaschine. Der Flur hat bereits einen großen eingebauten Schrank für Jacken.

Die schon bereits angesprochene Wohnküche verfügt über einen Induktionsherd mit Dunstabzugshaube, Ofen mit Mikrowellenfunktion, sowie einen Dünster. Unser Kühlschrank bietet genug Platz für uns alle und hat außerdem einen Wasser- und Eiswürfelspender. Von hier aus hat man dann auch Zugang zum großen Balkon.

Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein großes beleuchtetes und trockenes Kellerabteil, in dem man seine Sachen lagern kann. Außerdem verfügt der Keller über einen Fahrradkeller, wo man sein Rad im Winter abstellen kann. Im Sommer stehen im Hof genügend Fahrradständer zur Verfügung.

Zu guter Letzt haben wir außerdem einen Garagenstellplatz in der Tiefgarage, welchen wir bei Anmieten der Wohnung mit übernommen haben. Wenn du also ein Auto hast – ist es dort sicher untergebracht.

Achso, falls du dir schon über den Umzug in die 5. Etage Gedanken machst: Keine Sorge - es gibt auch einen Aufzug, den man an faulen Tagen oder bei schwerem Gepäck nutzen kann ;-).

A few more details about the apartment: The apartment is a high-quality new building, about 5 years old. All rooms have high-quality floorboards and floor-to-ceiling windows with French balcony. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

There are two modern bathrooms, which are both equipped with a nice big shower. In the large main bathroom there is also a bathtub and of course a washing machine. The hallway already has a large built-in closet for jackets.
The eat-in kitchen, already mentioned, has an induction stove with hood, oven with microwave function, and a steamer. Our refrigerator has enough space for all of us and also has a water and ice dispenser. From here you then also have access to the large balcony.

The apartment also includes a large lighted and dry basement compartment where you can store your things. In addition, the basement has a bicycle cellar, where you can park your bike in winter. In summer there are enough bike racks in the courtyard.

Last but not least, we also have a garage parking space in the underground garage, which we took over when we rented the apartment. So if you have a car - it is safely stored there.

Oh, if you are already thinking about moving to the 5th floor: don't worry - there is also an elevator that you can use on lazy days.
