I'm renting out one bedroom of my awesome 2 bedroom apartment in Friedrichshain, close to Ostkreuz.
The most important thing first: The kitchen is in my bedroom. That might sound wierd, but my bedroom is quite big, so there is enough space for a small kitchen corner :) Because of that, you can not use the kitchen whenever you feel like it. You can totally use it during the day, since I'm basically out of the house from 07:00 - 22:00. When I'm at home, my bedroom door is open and you can of course always come inside and use the kitchen. But at night I would ask you to not use the kitchen, since you would wake me up.
Please think about this and only message me, if you think you'll be okay with that.
Now some details about the room:
It's quite big, has a big closet, a bed, a desk and everything you need. The room has a huge floor to ceiling window and you can see the Fernsehturm from your bed! Also there are amazing sunsets, the window is facing west. It es obviously very bright and you can use the balcony from your room. The whole apartmet freshly renovated (high standard) and in very good shape.
Ostkreuz is only a couple of minutes away, so is Treptower Park. It's a very trendy neighbourhood. Clubs are right across the street, bars too.
You'll share the apartment with me. I'm 35, and I work as a Psychotherapist for children at Charité Hospital. I love my job and I'm leaving for work very early every morning. Usually I'll come home late, so you have the apartment mostly for yourself.
I'm rentig out the room from 01. March 2024 until 31. August 2024. You will get a contract and everything will be official. I'm only allowed to rent out the room for half a year, so longer term renting is not an option.
