Your new living space:
Bright, cosy room in a shared flat for 2 people (you and Fabian) with an extra high ceiling is now available! It overlooks the famous Frankfurter Allee (one of the oldest streets in Berlin), while not really being bothered by the traffic.
Here you can feel good. The kitchen is very large (4.1 x 2.4) and a stove, oven, and refrigerator (with freezer) are included. There is also a microwave, top coffee machine (from SAGE), air fryer, mixer, smoothie maker, toaster, rice cooker, and kettle. WiFi is included in the price.
It is of course possible to host family and friends. The building is not barrier-free, there are only stairs (2nd floor). Many shops, bars, and clubs are nearby.
Apartment:
This large apartment (76 m^2) has a corridor, extra space for luggage and hanging space for jackets, a shoe rack, a bathroom with a tub + shower and 2 year old washing machine, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, dining table and other appliances. The apartment is very bright due to the high ceilings and the tall windows. You can park your bike in the yard. My furniture is shown in the photos. It includes everything you’ll need: a bed, a sofa bed, a desk and a chair, a wardrobe, two shelves, one-floor lamp.
Area:
The district (Friedrichshain, heart of Berlin) is the densest in Berlin, so you have everything you can imagine within a 3-minute walk (Netto, DM, Späti, bakery, coffee, restaurants, pharmacies, o2, electronics, yoga, etc.). In 5 minutes Budni, Lidl, Edeka are also available.
The underground station (with elevator) is right in front of the building's front doors and the U5 line goes straight to the main train station through all popular Berlin places (strict centre), it couldn't be more convenient. A ring S-Bahn takes you around the city or to BER Airport.
Public transport: U-Bahnstation Samariterstraße (line U5 Hönow - Alexanderplatz - Hauptbahnhof). The stop is actually in front of the door. Ringbahn and tram can be reached in 8 minutes on foot (S42, S41, S47, S85, S8, U5, M13, 16, M13, N5). Buses (240, N40) to e.g. Ostbahnhof are also nearby, as is tram 21.
You can also see the Berlin TV tower as soon as you leave the building.
Flat share:
You will share this spacious apartment with Fabian, a very quiet, friendly and clean person. Sadly, he isn’t home much! :).
You should be prepared to follow the cleaning schedule and respect the house rules. Environmental friendliness is important. There is also monthly shared flat money (max 10 EUR/month) for soap, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, etc...
SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) is not required!
