Unbefristetes WG-Zimmer in Berlin Friedrichshain zu vermieten

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Berlin-Friedrichshain, zwischen der Warschauer Straße und dem Ostbahnhof. Dort hast du Anschluss an die U1, U3, oder die S-Bahnen und die Regionalzüge. Auch die U5 ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gleich in der Nähe fahren außerdem zwei Buslinien, fünf Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt verkehrt die Tram. In der direkten Umgebung finden sich Bars, Restaurants, Cafés und Clubs, Supermärkte und Discounter.

The flat is very centrally located in Berlin-Friedrichshain, between Warschauer Straße and Ostbahnhof. There you have connections to the U1, U3, or the S-Bahn and regional trains. The U5 is also within walking distance. There are also two bus lines nearby, and the tram stops five minutes from the flat. There are bars, restaurants, cafés and clubs, supermarkets and discount stores in the immediate vicinity.

Für mich ist das wichtigste an einer gemeinsamen WG, dass sich beide Personen in der Wohnung Zuhause fühlen. Ich freu mich immer, wenn man abends mal zusammen kocht, oder auch mal was zusammen unternimmt - ist aber natürlich kein Muss. Wenn ich abends nicht daheim bin, dann bin ich meistens mit Freund*innen unterwegs. Wichtig finde ich, dass sich jede*r den Freiraum und die me-time nehmen kann, die man braucht und möchte. Ich suche aber explizit nicht nach einer Zweck-WG, weil das für mich definitiv nicht funktioniert - wenn du also gar kein Interesse an sozialer Interaktion hast, dann passt meine WG wahrscheinlich leider nicht so gut zu dir.
Ein ähnliches Sauberkeitsempfinden und -bedürfnis macht denk ich vieles einfacher, beispielsweise, dass man Geschirr in der Küche nicht tagelang rumstehen lässt, sondern in die Spülmaschine räumt, oder das Kochfeld regelmäßig sauber macht, etc.
Ich studiere momentan Politikwissenschaft im Master und arbeite nebenbei, bin also tagsüber unter der Woche oft ganz gut beschäftigt. Nebenbei bringe ich mir gerade Gitarrespielen bei und bin auch sonst eher musikalisch unterwegs. Musik macht für mich den Tag gleich besser.

For me, the most important thing in a shared flat is that both people feel at home in the flat. I'm always happy when we cook together in the evening or do something together - but that's not a must, of course. When I'm not at home in the evening, I'm usually out with friends. I think it's important that everyone can have the space and me-time they need and want. However, I'm explicitly not looking for a functional flat share because that definitely doesn't work for me - so if you're not interested in social interaction at all, then unfortunately my flat share probably doesn't suit you very well.
I think a similar sense and need for cleanliness makes a lot of things easier, for example not leaving dishes in the kitchen for days on end but putting them in the dishwasher or cleaning the hob regularly, etc.
I'm currently studying for a Master's degree in political science and work part-time, so I'm often quite busy during the week. I'm currently teaching myself to play the guitar and I'm also quite musical in other ways. Music makes the day better for me.
