We are looking for a somebody who would take over us in a WG shared apartment. The apartment is at Wriezener Karree 7, is 65m2, has 3 rooms - you possible room, a large living room, separate kitchen and a room of the flatmate. The flat is fully renovated, has fitted brand new kitchen with all the amenities, the bathroom is completely new. The only thing you need to do is to furnish and decorate your room. The flat is really close to Ostbahnhof (everything goes to Ostbahnhof, so the transport connections are a luxury), takes about 5 minutes to Alexanderplatz, 5 minutes to east side gallery on foot and is mighty close to Warschauer Strasse as well. It is really quiet and Netto is just 2 minutes away.
Since the flatmate is a girl, we are looking ideally for another girl or a couple. If you are interested, just PM me, so I can answer your questions or show you the apartment.
