THE ROOM:

The room has
two big windows ( one with
wrtiting table , comfy-chair etc..
There will be a kings-size bed, closet , wrtiting table, shelfs
etc for you.
Since this is a legal sublet, registration ( Anmeldung ) is
possible.


THE PRICE
includes all utilities, DSL Wifi ,
(we have a variety of wireless networks through different providers to ensure coverage.), washing-machine etc.
This is not the cheapest ad you ever saw, but it`s an all-inclusive,
responsible and fair deal, with now surprise costs.
Be prepared pay two month deposit.

ME:

My name is Gunter , and I administrate and organize this and three other apartment according to agreements with
the owners, to keep this a family-friendly ( plenty of kids are in the house ) and nice place, where everybody
respects each other. We appreciate a creative/productive and drug-free environment.
We want a friendly, clean,safe and heathy atmosphere. At the same token, you can expect the same quality towards
yourself from anybody in the house. We live WITH another, not against another.

I have a stage- and media production office in the house and do music in the local
clubs in Friedrichsain.

There are ways get involved in that, if you are interested.

I normally communicate in English with my tenants, since that seems
be the most rational way.However, we can talk German, if you are into learning that.



TRANSPORTATION:

S - Bahn ( commuter railroad ) and subway are two blocks away
( " Frankfurter Allee "Stop ).
The subway goes straight to Alexander Place.
The Tram ( streetcar ) is running right
on the corner. It`ll bring you right to Kreuzberg.



THE HOUSE :

The house is located in a quiet dead and street which even allows ball-playing and BBQs right outside the house.
It`s a pre-war , high ceiling gem with decorations on the walls and ceilings.
There no through-traffic, so it`s as quite as it can be inside a city.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

There's a park (Traveplatz) just down the street, where you can hang in the sun or play Ping-Pong (4 tables) , basketball, soccer (in extra fields) or whatever.

There are 5 major grocery chains (LIDL, ALDI, KAISERS,EDEKA & REAL) in walking distance , plus a BIO stores as well. There even a lake ( Rummelsburger Bucht) not too far, where you can go jogging in the morning. Pics:

Friedrichshain, which is the district of Berlin, the place belongs to, is THE happening area to be in Berlin. There's a lot going on, and tones of young people live there. - a major evolving and creative surrounding. Clubs and nice cafes are lining up on the street-sides. You will definitely have a lot of fun.



YOU:

When you apply, please mention any online profiles you may have, so I know , who you are,
and ( most important ) attach a recent picture. You should be drug free and speak
Enlish. Please also mention, how you want to finance your stay.
And don't kill me, if something is not perfect. I`m just a human being, like you.

When you apply, you may not get an response right away, since I sometimes use the
next brunch to show people around. You will get an invitation then.

If you are abroad, I will contact you to make remote arrangements via Skype , Paypal etc.
That worked out well so far. We actually never had bad experiences there.
