Mitbewohner (m) für helles Zimmer in Friedrichshain (4er WG) ab Mitte Oktober gesucht! UNBEFRISTET!

Wir (zwei LehrerInnen und eine Erzieherin) suchen für unser helles WG-Zimmer unbefristet ab Mitte Oktober einen neuen Mitbewohner, der langfristig in den Hauptmietvertrag geht und ein geregeltes Einkommen von mindestens 1250 € netto verfügt(!!!). ZIMMER LIEGT ZUR VIEL BEFAHRENEN FRANKFURTER ALL RAUS++KEINE STUDENTENBUDE ;)

Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 22m2, ist unmöbliert (in Absprache können Möbel vom Vormieter übernommen werden) und verfügt über Parkettboden. Das Zimmer einer Mitbewohnerin hat den großen Balkon.

Unsere 134 m2 große Wohnung mit Wohnküche, einem Wannenbad mit Dusche, einem Gäste-WC und einem Balkon liegt sehr zentral an der belebten Frankfurter Allee in der Nähe des U-Bahnhofes Samariterstr. und Frankfurter Tor in einem kernsanierten Altbau im 2. Stockwerk. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und modernen schallgeschützten Fenstern versehen. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Fernsehturm und etliche Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Umgebung zu finden. In weniger als 30 min gelangt man in die Natur wie Seen, Parks und Wälder.

Wir mögen es ruhig unter der Woche und gehen am Wochenende gern aus! Wir lieben es zusammen zu Kochen und streben eine saubere, aufgeräumte Wohnumgebung an. Nach dem Motto „Viele Hände, schnelles Ende“ sollte jede*r einen gewissen Beitrag zur Ordnung leisten.

We (three teachers) look for our big room from middle of October for a new flatmate (male) for an unlimited period of time. All people have to go in the main contract and need to earn at least 1250 € netto (!!!). ROOM IS LOCATED AT BUSY FRANKFURTER ALLEE++NO STUDENT APARTMENT

The room has a total size of 22m2, unfurnished ( but you can talk to the former owner of the room as he leaves things) and has parquet floor.

Our apartment has a total size of 134m2 and contains a big kitchen with couch, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub), a balcony and is centrally located in Frankfurter Allee (Friedrichshain) between U Samariter Str. and Frankfurter Tor. The apartment is an old building ( renovated completely 5 years ago), 2nd floor and has a washing machine, dishwasher aswell as modern soundproofed windows. You have an amazing view on the TV tower and several cafés, restaurants and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. Within less than 30 minutes you reach natural places like lakes, parks and the forest.

We work fulltime and we like it rather quiet and chilled during the week. On the weekends we of course enjoy to have drinks and go out aswell! We cook a lot and prefer a clean tiday surrounding. If everyone of us does his/her little part, there will be no issues of keeping the apartment nice.
