The room is to sublet for a 3 months duration on the first place.
My long shot objective is to find someone to take over the contract, so it would be ideal that the person is able to supply the documentation the agency asks for (Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , 3 months payslips).
The room is on the courtyard and it makes it very calm.
There is a big living room with an open kitchen and a balcony that is very cozy.
Bathroom is new and clean.
The flat the is completely furnished as well as the room (bed, desk, chair, clothes hangers).
My flatmate is working on office times and therefore someone working on a different schedule would be ideal.
The flat is in a very good location, 7 min walking from Frankfurter tor, residential area. 5 min to Edeka/Netto and 10' to Kaufland.
