Hey hey,
My wonderful flatmate is moving out in the beginning of June and I am looking for a new longterm flatmate :-)
The Apartment is very close to Boxi, but in a very quiet street! The room is around 20-25 qm and gets the morning sun. She would leave the room empty. The apartment has around 60 qm with a furnished kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Would love to find someone again that wants to live together not as a "Zweck WG" but also hang out sometimes, cook, and make this place nicer :-). I work a lot, but really love cooking in my free time, into all forms of art, love sports, play ping pong, and have a passion for wine. Before Berlin I have lived in Austria, Taiwan and Russia.

Not a big fan of drugs, so would be great if you were not a frequent user.

We are living between Boxhagener Platz and Revalerstr. the street is pretty quiet for the neighbourhood so you can sleep with open windows without ear plugs. You can find many restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.
Metro and Train stations are a 10 min walk, and there is a tram around the corner. It takes around 20 mins to Alexanderplatz. Since Ostkreuz and Warschauer are pretty close its easy to get from A to B from home.
