I'm renting out my room for a month with a good possibility to extend for a few more months. Perfect for those looking for something short term stay.
Location: Located in F-hain near Vollspark, very well connected by tram 6,8,10 and S and Ubahn
Near by are several grocery stores, Rewe, Edeka, Netto, Biomarkt and pharmacy is right around the corner (important these days!)
Flat: recently renovated, alt bau with brand new kitchen with dishwasher, big bathroom with washer, tub, shared balcony, it's in the hinterhaus so pretty quiet and peaceful, 2nd floor with elevator
Room: Very spacious room. Approx 20 sqm. Desk, bed, closet, side table and a desk chair come with the room. It's minimally decorated (cause i hate clutter).
Flatmates: You'll be living with 2 girls, one from france (23)doing her internship and another from US (32) working in IT. They're both low key people and like to cook and share food from time to time, have tea together, chat in the kitchen.
Ideal candidate would be someone clean who can take good care of my room and responsible with payment. Message me if you're interested with some information about yourself. Room will be available April 1
Rent: 600 (all inclusive)
Deposit: 300
I would prefer video chat and not meet in person for obvious reasons at the moment.
