This flat with a total of 51sqm and 2 rooms (height of ceilings: 3m) is located right in an hip area of Friedrichshain. There are many Bars and Restaurants very close by, and the nearest public transport station is S-Bahn Warschauer Str. (7min) or U-Bahn Frankfurter Allee (9min). A supermarket (ReWe, Denn's, DM) can be reached within 3min only and a Späti is 1min far away.
Every Saturday, you will have a great food market at the Boxhagener Platz: perfect for starting the weekend :o)
It is a WG where in total two people will be sharing a gorgeous two room apartment.
Message from your potential flatmate, Sabyasachi, who lives there already for a couple of months:
"You will be living with me, Sabyasachi (26M). Originally from India, I have lived in Göttingen happily for the past four years but now I work here in Berlin! In my free time, I enjoy reading, play floorball, drink some wine, cook with some friends/flatmates, and attend classical music concerts. I am fluent in English (amongst others) and my level in German is approximately A2.
I look forward to hearing from you. :)"
You can be a student or a professional worker. Most importantly:
The common areas should stay clean and tidy.
The fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with big windows are the shared areas.
A cellar with additional storage space for e.g. baggage or boxes is also available.
It is an ideal starting point for someone who starts in Berlin or looks for interim let.
Pets are not allowed.
P.S. Please write a short note for Sabyasachi, describing yourself and your hobbies. :)
