Dear All,
I will be leaving my Room as of August 1st. It's a 22sqm room in a 60ish sqm flat close to Frankfurter Tor. The room is fully furnished (Bed, Desk, Wardrobe, Lamp, Drawers and a Couch in your room, as well as cooking utensils in the kitchen. P.S The big Sofa and Coffee table are mine and will be taken out/removed), longterm and with Anmeldung.
You will be sharing the flat with my French flatmate Audrey, who is a very kind and sociable person should you need any help and always up for nice conversations, going out and what not!
The monthly rent of the flat is 667, all inclusive (Internet, Electricity, Heating etc.) and minus a 8.5 Euro monthly fee that is the TV tax which you would have to pay.
The deposit for the flat is 1200. I am asking for an extra 200 euro (so in total 1400) given the possibility that there maybe an additional price to pay because of the increasing heating and electricity costs due to the ongoing war. Should the bill be less or more in April 2023, I would reimburse or ask for more depending on the bill. More info on that when you contact me:

2 What your hobbies are and things you like or dislike (any weird trivia or facts are encouraged as well)
3. When would you be available for a flat visit so to both see the flat as well as present yourself. The sooner you could come by the easier it will be for me to arrange a viewing appointment, and the higher the likelihood that we will choose you as the next tenant, that is if you have the right documents and character suiting the WG.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Sbahn Storkowerstr (Ringbahn S42/41, S8, S85 und S9) und ist Südlich an U5 und M10 innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Rewe, Edeka, Lidl sind alle in der Nähe, genauso wie Burgeramt (the public office as well as the Burgershop :D ) und Boxhagener Platz sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Du werdest die Wohnung mit Audrey teilen. Sie ist Französin, 25 Jahre alt und spricht Französisch, Deutsch und Englisch. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne spazieren, trifft sich gerne mit Freunden und organisiert Kochabende und guckt Filme, egal ob alleine oder mit dir.
