WG-Zimmer im schönen Friedrichshain

Viel muss ich zu Friedrichshain nicht sagen. Ein super Bezirk und die Lage ist perfecto.
Die Wohnung zählt noch mit zum Boxi-Kiez und ist direkt auf der Frankfurter Allee, zwischen U Samariterstraße und S/U Frankfurter Allee. Trotz der großen Straße vor der Tür, hört man ganz oben im 7. Stock (Aufzug 4 life) selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster fast nichts.
Der Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee glänzt mit Anschluss an Ringbahn, S8, S85 und der U5 und ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Gleiches gilt für den Bahnhof Samariterstraße (U5).
Die M13 mit der Station Scharnweberstraße bringt dich zur Warschauer oder hoch in den wilden Wedding und ist nur 4 Minuten um die Ecke.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Netto, Edeka, real, Aldi (5 Minuten entfernt) und zahlreiche Bars/Cafés und Restaurants.
Der Späti vor der Haustüre ist gleichzeitig auch der Späti meines Vertrauens und hat mir schon so manches Mal das Leben gerettet. Dinge wie Schlüssel hinterlegen oder jetzt was holen & später zahlen sind beim Besitzer kein Thema. Geiler Typ.
10 Minuten mit Fahrrad und schon kann Mensch sich im Treptower Park, an der Rummelsburger Bucht oder dem Volkspark Friedrichshain ins Gras legen.

I don´t have to say much about Friedrichshain, it´s a wonderful and inspiring district.
The area belongs to the Boxhagener Platz neighbourhood and is located on Frankfurter Allee – right between U Samariterstraße and S/U Frankfurter Allee. Even though it is on Frankfurter Allee you don´t hear much (traffic) noise in the flat on the 7th floor (elevator!).
The station Frankfurter Allee is connected to the Ringbahn, S8, S85 and U5 and you´ll get there within 5 minutes. Same time to get to U Samariterstraße (U5).
Wonderful M13 brings you to Warschauer Straße or up north to Wedding and is only 4 minutes away.
There are plenty of grocery stores like Netto, Edeka, real or Aldi 5 minutes away and tons of bars/cafés and restaurants around the corner.
The Späti guy from the Späti door is a hero and the ultimate life saver. He helps wherever he can.
You can charge your batteries in Treptower Park, the Rummelsburger Bucht or in the Volkspark Friedrichshain after a quick 10 minute bike ride.

Ich bin 33 und wohne nun seit fast 7 Jahren als Hauptmieter in der Wohnung. Nach wie vor liebe ich diese Wohnung und die Gegend, a perfect Match sozusagen.
Ich würde mich selbst als Freigeist bezeichnen, bin kein Fan von zu konventionellem Leben (hab aber auch absolut nichts dagegen) und nehme mich und eben das Leben nicht allzu ernst.
Sport nimmt bei mir einen großen Stellenwert ein und ich gehe mindestens 3x / Woche joggen, ins Fitnessstudio, laufe Marathon und bereite mich für einen Triathlon 2021 vor. Ich habe vor 20 Jahren mein Herz an das Snowboard fahren verloren und lerne gerade zu surfen.
Genauso gern wie ich Sport treibe, gehe ich aber auch in Bars, Clubs oder auf Festivals und trinke ein bis 9 Bier. Meine wilde Partyzeit ist vorbei aber wenn ich dancen gehe, dann richtig und Mensch trifft mich im Berghain, Sisy, Kater, der Bucht (RIP), Else oder Renate.
Wenn nicht gerade Corona-shitshow ist, bin ich so ziemlich jeden Abend mit Freunden unterwegs.
Auch steht Reisen bei mir ganz weit oben auf der „find-ich-geil-Liste“ und ich bin jedes Jahr für mehrere Wochen unterwegs. Zu Fuß, per Tourenrad oder ab 2021 mit meinem Campervan, wobei ich stets auf Nachhaltigkeit achte.
Ich lebe vegetarisch, habe aber nichts gegen andere Ernährungsweisen.
Auf krassen Dreck hab ich keinen Bock aber Putzpläne oder vorwurfsvolle Blicke weil mal ne Klamotte rumliegt find´ ich unnötig.
Politisch trifft man mich links, auf Querdenker und Schwurbelmenschen hab´ ich keine Lust.
Umweltschutz, Nachhaltigkeit und politisches Interesse sind ein Muss.
Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn du ähnlich tickst. Eine Zweck-WG kommt für mich nicht in Frage obwohl wir nicht jeden Abend zusammen abhängen müssen. Aber ab und an mal ein Bier trinken, quatschen, kochen oder gemeinsam dancen/joggen gehen wäre schon schön.

I am 33 and the main tenant for almost 7 years now and still love the flat and the area.
I would call myself as a free spirit and I´m not a big fan of the „conventional“ life and take things not too serious.
I am a big sports dude and go at least 3 times per week for a run and to the Gym. Right now I am training for a triathlon next year.
I lost my heart to snowboarding at the age of 13 and since last year I am learning to surf.
On the other side I also love to go out and spend my time in bars, clubs or on festivals, celebrating life. Although my wild party days are over but when I go out with my lovelies - I go out properly. You find me in Berghain, Sisy, Kater, Bucht, Else or Renate.
In non-Covid-times I am most of the time outside doing things with my friends.
Travelling is a big part of my life and every year I am away for a couple of weeks hiking, riding my trekking bike or from 2021 on with my camper van.
My nutrition is vegetarian but I am totally fine with other ways.
I don´t like dust and dirt but don´t go crazy with cleaning plans.
Politically I am left and it would not work for me if you believe in conspiracy theories.
Protecting mother nature, sustainability and political interest are a must to get along.
Of course you don´t have to be like me but we should have some things in common and it would be great to have nice talks, do some sports or go out together with friends. Zero interaction with each other is not what I am looking for.

Anmeldung ist möglich und ich bin ein Fan von Langfristigkeit, allerdings wird der Untermietvertrag erstmal auf 3 Monate festgelegt und wir schauen ob das mit uns funktioniert. Ist dies der Fall, geht es natürlich direkt weiter.
Kaution sind 3 Kaltmieten.
Auch auf die Gefahr hin, dass ich oberflächlich erscheine, es wäre nice wenn du dein instagram oder facebook-Account mitschicken könntest. Sowas vermittelt eben einen guten Eindruck darüber wer du bist. Hast du sowas nicht, dann häng´ doch an deine Message 2 charakteristische Bilder von dir!
