We are looking for a temporary flatmate, age 27 to 45, to sublet a sunny 22m² room in the north of Friedrichshain. The room comes with furniture (high bed, 1 sofa, working desk, wardrobe) and is located to the street (which is a quiet one).
Your room as well as the rest of the apartment is a non-smoking-area.
You should be eager to live with two cats we share our home with and who should have access to your room as well. Taking care of them including feeding, playing with them and sometimes also cleaning their litter boxes shouldn't be a problem for you.
We are looking for someone who takes the restrictions due to the Corona pandemic seriously. For the time being, no additional visitors are allowed in the flat.

The flat is located in Friedrichshain Nordkiez, a more punky area, 10 walking minutes from Samariterkiez with many bars and restaurants. Grocery stores and Spätis around our street. 5 minutes to walk to tram (M10) and tube (U5) station Frankfurter Tor. A nice park (Volkspark Friedrichshain) is also relatively close.
You will share the flat with a couple in their mid thirties. Since they both have a fulltime job, we like it rather quiet at home. We share the house with two cats. We're looking for someone who really likes to live with cats and is willing to take care of them when nobody else is home.
The current pictures show some music gear in the room which will be cleared by the time you get the room!
