This is the new renovated front room of 15sqm that is lighted through two big windows.
It is fully new furnished:
A Loft-Bed of 1,4m that suits up to two people.
Also a wardrobe below the loft bed, design office chair, electrical adjustable working desk, lamp, really everything is there! A new sofa with another sleeping place (for guests) will be added soon.
The high ceiling of 3m, copper details and a original brick wall ensures a nice atmosphere.

The apartment is located in the side swing building of a nice and calm backyard.
There are plenty of Bars and Restaurants very close by.
The nearest public transport station is S-Bahn Warschauer Str. (7min) or Ostkreuz (9min).
A supermarket (ReWe, Denn's, DM) can be reached within 3min only and a Späti is only 1min far away.
Every Saturday you will have a great food market at the Boxhagener Platz, perfect to start into the weekend :o)

Hi :) I'm a 25-years old Brazilian who works with Marketing and has been living in Berlin for almost three years. I speak English, Portuguese and a bit of Spanish.
I really love sports, cycling, and music and entertainment in general. I love being around people, having nice conversations and hanging out together, but also really appreciate having quiet moments from time to time. Officially I work from home, but some days of the week at the office – not fixed days, though. It’s pretty random.
Also, except for working hours on the days that I do home office, I’m outside a lot. Meeting friends, doing sports, concerts… a little bit of everything.
