Fhain, 4 Zimmer, 115m², 3er WG :)

Hallo, wir sind Nils und Schorsch, zwei Freunde, die schon seit drei Jahren zusammen in dieser Wohnung leben. Da unsere Mitbewohnerin leider nach ihrem Master auszieht um eine Weltreise zu machen suchen wir eine*n neue*n Mitstreiter*in.

Das Zimmer selbst hat 15qm, L-förmig, das Bett (1,4mx2m) hat eine eigene Nische, mit hohen Decken und großem Fenster. Es ist bereits möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Regal und Garderobe. Wenn du die Möbel nicht brauchst, dann werden wir die auch noch vorher bei Kleinanzeigen los. Das Fenster blickt zum Hintehof, womit das Zimmer sehr leise ist, man hört aber die Nachbarn den Müll rausbringen.

Die Wohnung ist hell und großzügig mit einem Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas, Stereo-Anlage, Plattenspieler und einem Regal voller Brettspiele. Vom Wohnzimmer aus geht man auf unseren Balkon. Wir lieben unsere Pflanzen dort, jedenfalls die, die überleben. Unsere Küche hat einen Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Ofen und Mikrowelle. Wir teilen das Meiste an Lebensmitteln, es gibt immer einen großen Vorrat an Brot, Soja-Drink, Eiern und Käse. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, ein großes mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, das zwischen deinem und Schorschs Zimmer liegt und ein kleines bei Nils Zimmer mit einer zweiten Dusche und WC.

Und nun zu uns:

Nils (32, M): Veranstaltungstechniker, handwerklich begabt, hat einen kleinen einjährigen Sohn, der manchmal die WG besucht und im Wohnzimmer spielt.
Schorsch (32, M): Architekt, isst gerne Haribo und kümmert sich um die Pflanzen, hat ein kleines Segelboot in Köpenick.

Nils und Schorsch sind die besten Mitbewohner, die du hier im Internet finden kannst. :)

Da wir bereits zwei Jungs sind suchen wir für einen guten Mix tendenziell eher eine Frau.

Hello, we are two guys, Nils and Schorsch, that enjoy living together and looking for a third one to join our flat. Unfortunately our flatmate has to move out since she finished her master and wants to go for a big journey around the world. She has been living in this flat for nine months but now we have to find someone to take over her place. We try our best below to descibe the room and life in the flat:

The room:
The room itself is a nice size (15sqm in an L shape so the bed has its own nook) with very tall celings and has good natural light. The room is already furnished so it contains a big comfy bed (1.40m x 2m), bedside table, shelves, a clothes rack, a desk and a chair. The window faces the hinterhaus so the room is quiet (though with the window open you can clearly hear people collecting the bins).

The flat:
The flat as a whole is spacious and bright - there is a huge sitting room with two sofas (where you will often find Nils snoozing), a good speaker system and vinyl, lots of board games, plants and art. The sitting room is also connected to a balcony that has a nice bench to sit on and yet more plants. The balcony gets lovely light in the morning so breakfast / tea on summer mornings is delightful.
The kitchen is big and has lots of storage space for any cullinary adventures you want to go on. There is also a dishwasher to help with the cleanup afterwards. There is also a large kitchen table so the flat and friends can have meals together. Generally most things are shared in the flat - food and such is a communal pile that everyone keeps socked up (like eternal amount of soy drink, bred, cheese and eggs).
There are two bathrooms - the first between Schorsch's and your future room (?) that has a bath, overhead shower (with good water pressure), sink, toilet and the washing machine, and he second near Nils's room that has a shower, toilet and sink.

Your pontential future flatmates:
Nils (32, M): event manager, crafty, has a little cute one year old son who sometimes visits the flat.
Schorsch (32, M): architect, likes Haribo and flowers, has a sailing boat in Köpenick *ahoi*.

Nils and Schorsch are clean, kind and fun people to live with. :)

Since we are already two men we are more looking for some additional female vibes in our flat.

We hope we have descibed this gem of a flat adequately and wish you the best (even if you dont end up here) as we know this whole flat search thing in Berlin is a nightmare!
