Hello there!
As I am going back to Italy for vacation, I am renting out my room for about a month and a half. The room is very cozy and sunny, with a small shared balcony from which you can see the TV tower and Berghain. (5 mins distance by walk).
The position is also very nice, as the Ubhan in Warschauer Strasse is just 10 mins by walk.
I am looking for someone tidy and respectful because I wanna make sure that my lovely roommates won't have any problems with my substitute. Girls would honestly be preferred, but this is not mandatory.
I also have 3 roommates - 2 girls and 1 guy - which are all very nice and social. The last thing is the price: The room is 596 per month, I am asking for overall 936 euros since the stay would be for one month and 17 days (596 +340) , but we could also discuss this adapting it to personal situations.
