Hello, nice to meet you!! I'm offering a room in my 85 qm Maisonette Flat in the heart of FHain. We will share a large living room with open kitchen. The bad news: Your room is very small. Sorry :(
I guess it's around 10 sqm. Therefore, we will share a nice living room. I'd wish to create a mix of Co-Working and Co-Living space which we can genuinely call our home. Everybody has their boundaries and needs time for him/herself, that should be clear. But since I'm working as a doctor you will also have a lot of time for yourself in the flat.
The flat is on two floors (1st and 2nd of the house) and has two seperate doors. On the 1st our rooms and the bathroom is located with a huge hallway. On the 2nd we'll have the living room and kitchen.
I'm Mirco. 26Y old and was born in Berlin. I work as a doctor in a hospital and Mitte. In my freetime I love to read daily newspapers and books as well as listen to podcast and talkshows throughout the day. I have an Urban Sports Club Membership and try to get in at least one workout per day: Boxing/Ballet/Yoga/Crossfit.. Doesn't really matter, as long as it's about movement. I also have a faible for cocktail evenings/ dinners and just love to invite people - so I hope you share that passion. I love galleries and clubbing, too. So I also have a big heart for artsy humans.
There is also a garden in the backyard which no one seems to be using that could need some love.

P.S. There will definitely be more art entering the space since a lot of the walls are still empty. I'm in contact with a friend of mine who works in the field. So if the timing is right, you could join me in selecting some pieces for our home. 💫
