Hey everyone,
we have a room to rent out on short notice! We will have to make a confirmation on the room really quickly, untill Friday unfortunately... I apologize for these conditions up front!!
But we want to try our luck to find someone interested and nice and suitible in the next days, for the following offer:
It is a beautiful, sunny room (28qm) in a spacious old building (160qm) on Frankfurter Allee in Friedrichshain. From October 1st to January 15th (the moving out date is a bit flexible, but no later then Jan 15th). The room faces the street, but has pretty well isolated windows. It will be partly furnished with a bed, two armchairs and a couchtable, a desk with a stool and a shelf. So everything one needs.
In addition, the apartment has a large living room, which we use as a shared office, and a large balcony.
We are three people, and our WG language is english. I myself am not in Berlin and renting out the room. Nour is second resident and works in the field of arts/sound. Joe lives as a sublet resident and is a Musician. We are a working WG and would most of all appreciate a sense of cleanliness and just simply wanting to be part of creating a friendly atmosphere :)
Again, unfortunately we have to make a desision untill friday. But if you are interested in this room so short notice, I'd be very happy to hear from you! I will of course be happy to answer further questions.

PS: Please note, that there might be small construction on a small part of the bathroom floor and a small part of the kitchen wall tiles in the next time. Probably before you even would move in and I would suspect these to be minor works anyhow, but want to make you aware of that possibility.
