The room is small but we like the shape of it, can perfectly fit a 1.40 bed, desk, and a big wardrobe. The room has a big window to the backyard, unfortunately, it is not so bright in the wintertime. For the room, we could provide used mattresses 1.40, a small shelf, and a 1.20 desk. Of course, can be also unfurnished and we encourage creativity and ideas to make changes.
It is important to add that the room is beside the kitchen and living room. However, we respect the sleeping times of others and make minimum noise while sleeping if we need something from the kitchen and living room. Light sleepers or people with non-usual sleeping times should be aware of this.

The apartment is in total 77 m2, there are 3 sleeping rooms, one with a big balcony where you can also use, big renovated toilet with bathtub, and a big kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, 6 people table, and a French balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, with nice pans, a good energy-saving fridge, cluttery, glasses, well, everything. The toilet is big and bright, nice bathtub, and a good washing machine.
The location is amazing, in the middle of Berlin, beside the Spree for walks beside the river, close to the Ring, close to the City line. Everything is reachable within 30 min in Berlin. You have the best of Kreuzberg and the best of Friedrichshain within walking distance.
We live in Warschauer St. and the spätis and food are open 24/7, is loud BUT we live in Hinterhaus (backyard). So it is NOT noisy. But you have to expect that when you go in and outof the building will be generally crowded and noisy. The building is not in its best and the trash room stinks, but nothing alarming :). We have had our bikes in the backyard for more than a year and haven´t been stolen.
Neighbors are quite relaxed, there are some apartments for Airbnb in the building and normally is quiet. There are some days that some people have a party somewhere in the buildings but normally is on weekends.
This is the best of the WG, us :), and hopefully, you are also with us.
We have been living together for 3 years, we cook together (vegetarian), watch series, have brunch with prosecco, talk a lot, gossip a lot, party sometimes together, and more. Just what you should expect from proper co-living. We don´t expect that a new person comes and joins our lives like that, but at least that you know that is a friendly, easy-going, and love grounded WG. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing, decorating, and building this home.
We like to have visited once and then, we have a big sofa bed in the living room. Of course, this is all talked about in-group always. We are very respectful of these things.
Important: we are very clean! we even laugh about it. But no stress, we have an app to help us with the tasks and it is not a huge place to keep it clean and tight. We share many of the expenses since we like to buy bio and fair trade products generally. But this is not a must.
Important 2: Vegetarians. We look preferably vegetarian people, but if you think you are a good fit for the house and you can live without cooked meat at home, write us.
We know the rent is a bit expensive, we are fighting to get it down. So there is a big chance that in some months we can achieve a change in the rent. Anmeldung is not possible.
