apartment wise: it's last floor. we have a terrace and a garden, the wind took care of the déco for the past 2 months but it's cool. no elevator but really easy, just have not to scream in the stairs cause the old bottom neighbor is easily triggerable. haven't heard of him for a while tho maybe he passed or smg.
my room: south oriented, no neighbors. lightning is way more cosy without the big light on. the ladder will be fixed in the meantime (dont ask me what ive done, its safe) forgot to take a picture of the upper part.. silly of me, because there is a 160cm bed and a beamer you can connect your computer to. Means you can watch crazy things from up there to the opposite wall. in theory you can also plug a console.
ofc I provide the room with fresh sheets and towels. There will still be some of my stuff as you can see on the pictures, there is a well organized/messy corner. well I live here you know so my stuff is here.
nicely located in terms of public transportation.
the U8 is 4 min by foot. TRAM M13 and 50 are 2 min by foot, super convenient to go to Prenzlauer berg.
It's also close from the ringbahn and a FEX goes every 20 min from gesundbrunnen station to ostkreuz in litteraly 8 min (actually unbelievable, especially if you care about going there 🤷)
otherwise: a big Kaufland and Lidl at 5 min by foot.
a gym center, apotheke, italiens, döners.. classic.
and omg a restaurant called The Source: super good value for money at 4 min in the ufer studios area.
my roommate: Dennis, 32, lovely person. grew up in Berlin. he's like, handsome but not cocky you know. I mean girls(and more) love him but he's like "naaaah". more humble and quite the discret type of guy. he works and parties a lot, but never at home so the guy is just not here during the day, if he worked, it's likely to see him late evening cooking a pizza. he also does sport so he super active you know. he no maniac of cleaning but wouldn't let go too much. just respect his pizza wheel and you good 👍
I don't know I feel like I already described a lot.
