I am subrenting my big and nice bedroom because I have to come back to Italy until the beginning of January.
It is a furished and clean 22 m2 bedroom with a desk, a big wardrobe and a comfortable sofa used as bed beause I haven't bought the mattress for the double bed yet.
You can have the opportunity of sharing two wonderful months with three very lovely, easy going and friendly french mates =D
Alex is 25 years old and he works in a company for the french market.
Karine is 25 years old too and she is the one who has been living longest in the apartment. She works in a bar and she is a fashion designer.
Charlotte is a 22 years old pharmacy student and she is doing her internship abroad here in Berlin.
If you can't speak French it's not a problem...I can't speak neither and the language used in the flat is English so I always spend great times with them anyway =D
In the house everybody are really respectful each other because we all have different lives and our personal commitments, but sometime we really like to spend time together cooking and having meal in our shared kitchen.
The shared rooms of our apartment are a kitchen and a bathroom. The flat is located in the earth of Wedding/Gesundbrunnen district. All the area is full of restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. The location is definetly well connected because the flat is only two minutes walking from the tram and u bahn station in Osloer Strasse (U8, U9). The prize, 510 euros, includes everything (elcetricity, gas, water, internet etc..)
If you are a respectful and clean person, friendly, easy going and looking for a short term apartment in Berlin, this could be the right place for you ;)
