Die Sbahn Station Berlin Grünau ist etwa 7 min fußweg von der -Wohnung entfernt. Dabei gibt es direkte Anbindung zum Ostkreuz, Baumschulenweg, Treptowerpark, Südkreuz, Westend, Westkreuz, Herrmannstr, Neukölln, Schöneberg. Die Wohnung liegt 100m vom Dahme Gewässer entfernt. Es gibt verschiedenste Speise - und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, wie z.B viele schöne Cafes und Restaurants mit ausblick auf das Gewässer, sowie ein Ruderverein und verschiene Badestellen. Eine Straßenbahn mit anbindung nach zur schönen Altstadt von Köpenick ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Dienstleistungen wie Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Rossmann, verschiedene Apotheken, Optiker, Post, Banken, Schneiderei, Imbiss etc. Sind ebenfalls nur 7- 10min Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt. Ebenfalls gibt es direkte anbindungen zum Flughafen Schönefeld per Bus und S Bahn. Besonders Einzigartig ist die unnmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung zu Wald und Wasser. Lange Spaziergänge durch die Wälder, oder der Altstadt Grünaus sind deswegen besonders empfehlenswert. Letztendlich bietet die BVG eine Fähre an, welche die Überquerung zur anderen Seite der Dahme ermöglicht. Dort sind ebenfalls wunderschöne Waldlandschaften, Cafes und Restaurants gelegen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig.

Shopping and services such as Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Rossmann, various pharmacies, opticians, post office, banks, tailors, snack bars, etc., are also only a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment. There are also direct connections to Schönefeld Airport by bus and S-Bahn. Particularly unique is the immediate proximity of the apartment to forest and water. Therefore, long walks through the forests or the old town of Grünau are highly recommended. Finally, BVG offers a ferry that allows crossing to the other side of the Dahme. There are also beautiful forest landscapes, cafes, and restaurants located there as well. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Der Mitbewohner, Martin, kommt aus Chile und ist sehr ruhig, offen und respektvoll. Der kulturelle Austausch bietet viele Interessante Unterhaltungen, Film- und Kochabende. Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt und komunikativ. Einzige Regelungen sind der Respekt der Privatsphäre, der Absprachen mit dem Mitbewohner, der Wohnung und aller Gegenstände. Hygiene steht ebenfalls an forderster Ordnung innerhalt aller Räumligkeiten der WG. Partys sind nicht erlaubt, und rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon gestattet. Die Nachbarn sind im Großteil sehr freundliche Senioren und Arbeiterfamilien.

The shared apartment life is very relaxed and communicative. The only rules are respect for privacy, coordination with the roommate, the apartment, and all belongings. Hygiene is also of utmost importance within all areas of the shared apartment. Parties are not allowed, and smoking is only permitted on the balcony. The neighbors are mostly very friendly seniors and working-class families.

Es ist ein wirklich tolles Zimmer, in einer neuen Wohnung, umgeben von Natur und Ruhe. Ein Paradies zu jeder Jahreszeit.
