I am renting a bright furnished room in an apartment available staring the beginning of March or April
If anyone is looking for a place to live in Berlin short term, I might have a suitable offer.
My current flatmate will be back in Berlin at the beginning of November (so after 7 months) and I can rent it until she is back. Size about 9 sqm, located in Köpenick.
The apartment is clean and is located very close to S köpenick Str. (3 minutes on foot from the tram station with tram that runs at night and 8 min from the s Bahn). It is in Köpenick, so just a couple of minute walk away are a lot of shopping centers, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Also it is close to 3 parks and beautiful wooded areas. The apartment is newly furnished, and the rooms and kitchen has mainly everything you would need.
We are looking for a new roommate for the apartment for 1 month. I am an american guy (39) that has been living in Berlin for a while now. I am working in Management, for a telecommunications IT company. The other roommate is a spanish woman (43) who works in customer service but will be back beginning of November.
Day-trippers would be too much trouble for me, so I am mainly looking for someone for all or most of the time or at Least monthly rentals.
No smokers, no pets please.
