We have a room available for a three-month let starting from 1st December until 15th March but you can move in as early as 29th November :)
Our apartment is situated perfectly in Kollwitzkiez. It is just two stops to Alexander Platz on the U2 where you have access to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Tram services.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with beautiful high ceilings (3.0m), old double windows and large panelled French doors. The room itself receives lots of light as it faces West onto Schönhauser Allee.
The room comes with a gorgeous King Size Bed (160 x 200 cm) and is fully furnished with everything you need. This includes a duvet, pillows, bed sheets etc. The clothing rail will be cleared and the cupboard half emptied so that you have somewhere to store your things. The flat itself is work from home friendly so you can use the desk and monitor available in the room.
The kitchen is of course fully equipped so you don't need to bring anything. Unfortunately we don't have a dishwasher but otherwise the flat has all the amenities and appliances you would need (nutribullet, hand blender, air fryer etc), as well as a bath in the bathroom.
Overall, the flat is a very welcoming space. My two roommates are super outgoing and friendly, respectful of the space, and always happy for a kitchen chat. We often invite friends over for dinner and spend alot of our time hanging out in the kitchen after work having drinks or dinner.
Gina (28) is currently doing her PhD in East Asian Art Studies and Ludo (27) has just finished her MA in Global Studies and currently works in a marketing-based role.
We're looking for someone that can contribute to a respectful, clean and balanced home. Communication is key and cleanliness is of the upmost importance. *Women only!*
The rent is 560 EUR per month which includes electricity and GEZ. 1000 EUR is required as a deposit which includes a deposit for the room (800 EUR) and a buffer (200 EUR) for heating/rising energy costs over the winter period (which will depend on usage). Unfortunately no anmeldung is available.
