My name is Andy, 39, and I will be gone for summer vacation the next few weeks, possibly months. So I'm looking for a clean, calm person to hang out with my flat mates and take care of my plants.
In short:
- Free from Wednesday June 14th to July 31st and maybe also the full or most of August
- 550€ / month; 20€/day if it's not a full month
- 3 person flat (female, male, male). I (male :) ) will be gone. We are looking for a female.
- 1st floor, Oppelner Str, Kreuzberg close to Görli and Schlesisches Tor
- 20qm furnished room (bed, couch, wardrobe)
- Courtyard facing (so it's fairly quiet, sleeping with open window is possible)
- Sun in the morning (~9am-12am, windows are East facing)
- fast 100MB/s wifi
- drug free, calm, veggy, working people. We are looking for a calm person as well. No parties and so on.
- kitchen has everything what's needed (dishwasher, washing machine, vitamix and so on)
- Small bathroom with shower
Something about me:
- I used to work as a project manager in a software company and am now doing a sabbatical and will be gone for summer vacation. I'm interested in yoga, meditation, dancing, spirituality, nature and so on.
Room mates:
- Female 30: Works in a social consultancy. Likes fitness sports and singing
- Male 32: Works as an IT consultant. Likes playing the guitar, going for walks, yoga
