I'll be travelling and my beautiful cosy room (25m2) will be free for a sublet.
The room is in a 90m2 flat on the 3rd floor, with only one other flatmate (female, Israeli-Russian 28 y.o.) and sometimes her little dog.
We are extra tidy and clean in this flat, please respect the space and the calm in the flat :)
The room has a 140cm bed, a desk, a couch and the flat has a living room, bathroom (with shower) and kitchen to share. Washing machine and dishwasher included. This is a quiet flat, not a party flat :) guests occasionally ok, but not everyday please ;)
The location is amazing, 1min away from the LPG Biomarkt on Reichenbergerstrasse.
Fee: 400 for the two weeks and a 100eur deposit to be discussed. Maybe the room will be available already on the 4th of January, tbc.

Super well located! Close to the Landwehrkanal and in a super lively yet calm area, with loads of cafés, restaurants, yoga studios, you name it! Central as well, so practical to travel to different parts of Berlin.
