Hello,
I’m leaving my room in a kreuzberg WG as I’ve finally found my own place in Berlin!
I am looking for someone to recomend to take over my room in the WG which I am leaving.
The contract lenght is unlimited and Anmeldung is possible.
It is a flatshare with three males. The room is 13 m2, but feels more spacious and gets plenty of light.
The location is excellent. The place is located in the beutiful and lively Graefekiez with Admiral Brücke and Hasenheide just a 5 minute walk away.
The public transport options are also great. Schönlein Str. U8 stop is just a 2 minute walk away. The U7 and U1/U3 are also within walking distance.
The common area of the apartment is quite small but we make it work.
One housmate is also rarely there’s just three people there most of the time.
I am advertising this room myself as my contract notice period runs until the end of May, but the agency has said that if i find a suitable tennant, they will end my contract when the contract of the tennant begins. So, to avoid paying double rent over this period I am looking for someone to move in :)
Ideally I would like someone to move in on April 1st, but there may be a small bit of flexibility there.
Lastly, the agency will ask for proof and emploment and proof of income for any tennent I recomend so you will need to have that in place (no need to send anything directly to me)
