About the room:
The large room offers a lot of privacy as it is separated from the other flatmates by the living room and kitchen. It has a large private balcony. Sun shines in from morning to evening, so you can also enjoy the sunset from the balcony.

The apartment:
All shared rooms are spacious and bright. There is a living room with projector and balcony, a kitchen with coffee machine and everything else, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and bidet, a small bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
In addition, a professional cleaner comes once a week to clean the entire apartment. We take turns with the payment, so it would be your turn once during your stay (60,-€).
There is an elevator in the building as well as a backyard for bicycles.

About the flat share:
All three flatmates work full-time and also work from home from time to time.
It's wonderful to sit and talk with everyone in the large kitchen. During the day, however, everyone likes to retreat to their own room.

Über das Zimmer:
Das große Zimmer bietet viel privatsphäre, da es durch Wohnzimmer und Küche von den anderen mitbewohnern getrennt ist. Es verfügt über einen großen privaten balkon. Morgens bis Abends scheint Sonne herein, so dass man vom Balkon auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann.

Die Wohnung:
Alle Gemeinschaftszimmer sind geräumig und hell. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und Balkon, eine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und sonst auch allem, einem großen Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und Bidet, einem kleinen Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Außerdem kommt einmal die Woche eine Putzkraft für die gesamte Wohnung. Wir wechseln uns mit der Bezahlung ab, daher wärst auch du einmal an der reihe (einmalig 60,-€).
Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl im Haus sowie einen Hinterhof für Fahrräder.

Über die WG:
Alle drei Mitbwohner sind vollzeit berufstätig und auch ab und an im Homeoffice.
Mit allen lässt es sich wunderbar in der großen Küche sitzen und reden. Tagsüber zieht sich jeder aber auch gern mal in sein zimmer zurück.
