I have a lovely room in my apartment to let. The room is available from April 5th to June 28 and the apartment is centrally located near the lively and central area of Kottbusser Tor. Shops, bars, cinemas in walking distance. The rent is 750€ per month, all charges included.
Infos in a nutshell:
- first month to be paid in advanced, rent for may and June is due at the mid of previous month. No caution
- Rent for April (when moving in 2nd is 725€, when moving in mid April is 375€)
- Short-term sublet for people from abroad working in Berlin, no Anmeldung
- nicely furnished, freshly renovated room with self-build new bed and matress
- kitchen
- fridge, washing machine, dish washer, stove -> not older than 2 years
- very spacious and clean apartment (101 sm all together) with space for you and your belongings in kitchen and bathroom
- Linked to my working space is a terrace that you can use when I am not working :)
- I live with a dog
Living together :
It is important to me that you feel "at home" during your stay. I appreciate a relaxed atmosphere and am conscious of my energies. I understand how important it is to have a place to stay when you are abroad for a short time.
I live with a dog, so I'm looking for people who don't mind living with a dog and know that by living together they build a little relationship with it : I will restrict their freedom of movement while you live with us and make sure that they respect you and your privacy :)
What am I looking for:
I am looking for an open-minded, uncomplicated and respectful person who is curious about life. I would prefer to live with young professional, intern or graduate student and that your stay in Berlin is limited to a certain period of time. You should be someone enjoying their hobbies and be aware that regular cleaning and division of chores is mandatory for harmonious in co-living.

You'd live with me: I identify as a non-binary, biracial person of North African descent. I am an artist and a PhD candidate in artistic research. I work 'from home' as my studio is also in the building. I go a lot on walks, I sing in a choir, I am currently learning pottery.
