Hi, I'm offering my big room in a super nice apartment in Bergmannkiez (Solmsstr.) from Dec 15th to Apr 15th.
The room is quite big with approx. 32 m2, a confortable sofa, a desk+office chair, a big guarderobe with mirror, some decos and book shelves, japanese tatames and a futon (ps: it's not a real western mattres, but a japanese style mattres. It not as "fluffy" as a regular mattres, but it can be folded and open even more space in the room). I'll try to take out practically most of my stuff out of the room to make you some space.
The apartment is super nice, bright and silent, quite big as well, with approx. 110m2 and with only one mitbewohnerin (the best mitbewohnerin in the world, I assure). It has a fully equiped kitchen, a proper bathroom with bathtube, a small room for visitors that you can also use and another big and cozzy living room that is shared with my friend, besides her room.
Location is excellent. It's in Solmstr. corner with Geneisenaustr.
We are 2 min from Geneisenaustr. U7, 3 min from Meringhdamm U6/7, 5 min from Hallescher Tor U1, 5 min from Bergmannstr. and its many restaurants, cafes, bars, Marheineke Markethallle and so on. Plenty of options for supermarkets (LPG/Biocompany/Kaiser/etc) and spättys for a late bier.
I share this great flat with my best friend from Guatemala. We both work, so we don't spend much time at the flat during the weekdays. She is super easygoing and definitely fun. She speaks fluent German and English. She will also be travelling during the end of the year, but coming back on late January.
