Hello,
One of our flatmates is leaving Berlin so we have one room available from 15.07.2021. We are looking for someone who has stable income and is relaxed.
About the Flat
The flat is newly renovated (that's why it is a bit expensive) and we moved in three years ago without any furniture, but now it's fully furnished with a beautiful big kitchen (30 square meters), three bedrooms, one washing room, and one big bathroom with bathtub and shower.
About the room
The room is about about 30 square meters and has a windowing facing the street. You can use all necessary furniture (including a working station).
About the current flatmates:
Jason works from 9 to 6 in a start-up and do home office now and then. Manon just finished her internship and is planning her next big move.
We respect people's privacy and understand that nobody is obligated to talk with others.
Viewing is possible from July 3 to 5. Please send the following documents before viewing:
1. past three months Payslips (if you don't have a job, please offer 6 month bank statements and other documents you see fit)
2. latest Schufa (jetzt beantragen) (if you don't have it now, you can provide it after the viewing)
3. other documents you see fit
The contract will be three months first and if we get along, it will be a permanent contract, when you get the long-term contract, you can do the Anmeldung.
The rent is 640 euros including everything (probably more if the heating, electricity, and water cost more). We also have a cleaner to clean the common area at least twice a month, and the fee is included in the rent. You will pay 1200 euros deposit for the flat (the whole deposit is 3600 euros and we three split it).
