Who are we looking for?
Key selection criteria: Regardless of how interesting, talented and amusing you are, we still have to live together! So, here are some important factors: Ideally, you are over 30 years old, non-smoker, community-minded, a good communicator (directness appreciated) and considerate. This is not a party-flat - but a place to chill out and feel „at home“. Any partying needs to take place elsewhere ;) You also need to be able to speak English „well“ and communication is important to us and our dynamic.
For when and how long?
Initially we are looking for a month or 2, as trial, that could extend to something longer or permanent.
Who are we?
We are an international flatshare consisting of two ladies and two gents: one architect, one psychologist and two developers. Altogether a kaleidoscope of languages, personalities and passions!
What’s it like living in our home?
At the moment we don't actually know, because Corona sort of threw everything in the air. Basically, two are abroad until they can come back to Berlin and two has to do home office. We all get on well, but would love to get back the familiar home feeling there was before, sharing and caring, we are open to suggestion! Diverse impulses, passions and nationalities welcome - however you want to enrich our flatshare :)
How does our daily routine look?
...On the other hand, we all have our own private lives, with varying daily routines. We respect each other’s privacy: After all, if you work hard all day, you have to be able to relax and retreat at home if you want to!

N.B. *** Important Information regarding Covid-19 ***
To be sensible during these crazy Corona times, we will first invite you to a group Skype/Zoom meeting. We will then invite a few people over for viewings, to respect the social distancing rules.
Anmeldung is possible in the flat but be aware that it may take a while, due to the current Corona situation. One of our flatmates is still unable to get an Anmeldung appointment as it is not considered an emergency.
