Hi beautiful people,
I am offering a room as a 3 month rentals. Possibility for extention exists but I definetely would need a 3 month trial before I can say anything about the future. I am living in my flat two weeks a month with and two weeks a month without my 7 years old son who is a very cool & gentle little guy like every mom say ;P.
Our rooms are having gas heaters. You will have access to bathroom and kitchen of course. All the costs including internet are included in the rent.
Send me a short message of request and discription in case u would be in berlin for a while for working and would need a cosy place to stay.

P:S :Our flat is located right in front of Viktoria park and waterfall. It is on the 4th floor without elevator so plz be ready for alot of stairs workout ;). Rooms are huge, light and also furnished. Our neighborhood is really fantastic, having lots of cafes and restaurants around (Bergmannstr.) and we have 10 minutes walk to U bahn Mehringdamm (U6, U7), 20 minutes walk to S bahn York str. (S1,2,25) and Bus 140 to Ostbahnhof and Tempelhof is just passing around the corner.
