Hi, I am renting out my room in a fantastic central location. Kottbusser Tor U-bahn is one minute walk. The Maybachufer is one minute in the other direction. It is available for one month starting from the 9th February. It is unfurnished but we can provide a mattress if you don't have one. I am going on away on a trip which was a quick decision, thus why everything is happening so fast. I would like to offer someone the room for one month, with the possibility of extending the contract to permanent if it is a harmonious life with the other flatmates.
So about them, we are an international mixed house, every nationality is welcome and we enjoy the diversity. Everyone is working full-time and has pretty busy lives. But the kitchen is our spot to hang with the other flatmates, cook together if you want or just drink some wine. Otherwise if you would prefer to relax in your room, you are left to enjoy your space.
We all like a party from time to time, but prefer to keep it to the clubs, our home is our sanctuary and we prefer to come home to it that way. Besides in our neighbourhood there is so much to see and do, we also have a huge hof with a large garden space, great for picnics in summer.
