Spacious semi-furnished room available in this shared flat located on the exclusive Paul Lincke Ufer near " La Maison" café . The area is fun and peaceful at the same time. We are 2 professionals (one male and one female) seeking a person (in full-time employment) to join the flat (age range between 26 to 40 years old) male or female.
The entire flat is approx 100 sqm
We are searching for a good match for the flat. The ideal flatmate should be immaculately clean, tidy and respectful of all common space areas. It is worth mentioning that this is not a party house. We have a 9 to 5 work schedule and would want someone with similar working hours to avoid disruptions at night.
Good spoken English language skills is a must and so is being friendly and sociable. We enjoy cooking and hanging out together when time allows. If you have a great sense of humour this is definitely an advantage as we enjoy a good laugh.
The room which faces the garden is semi-furnished with a bed and desk, has a high ceiling and is bright. The kitchen and bathroom has all necessary amenities.
The building has a lift which is a bonus in Berlin. The neighbours are super friendly and there is a great sense of community here, needless to mention that we are by the river and in the middle of all the activities taking place in Kreuzberg and Neukölln
The successful candidate will need to provide 3 months salary slip and ID. There might be a potential to extend the contract at the end of the tenancy.
Other charges: Rundfunk approx 17.20 euros every 3 months.
