I'm moving on the 23rd May (officially 1st June) into this new flat in a very prime location, the building has beautiful architecture from the 1980's and lovely views from the spacious balcony, and is fully furnished.
I will be in the larger room so the smaller 14sqm room will be available to rent for 875eur/month ***all included***, about 38% of the total rent (I'll be paying the rest) and for that you of course get access to all the shared areas - big living room, kitchen with everything you need, balcony, bath etc... this also includes ALL bills including Internet.
you can see what would be your room in the last two pictures here, but of course we'll change the sofa with a proper bed, and if you want remove the desk to make more space!
if you're interested pls write me a bit about yourself and maybe we can meet for coffee or something and see if we think it could be a good match? and then I would try to arrange a viewing with the landlord before the 23.5, or we do it after when I have the keys.
a bit about me - I'm 43 non-binary (they/them pronouns) and work mainly as an audio engineer and musician in my studio in Hohenschönhausen. You don't need to be queer but definitely important that you're really comfortable with genderqueer/trans people. most importantly I have a dog, Juli, who happens to be my best friend too and is the most wonderful creature on this planet 😍 so you probably need to be a dog person too. look forward to your message!
the flat is located in Kreuzberg not far from Mitte and all of its cafés, museums and galleries. The area is beautiful especially in the summer, full of trees and green, there is a nice garden/playground just outside and also THREE different U-Bahn lines (Kochstr. U6, Spittelmarkt U2 and Moritzplatz U8) within 10min walk
