This is a bright, turn key (fully furnished) room in Kreuzberg, its 18m^2 with three large windows facing outwards of the building complex and overlooks central Berlin. There is a 12m^2 ensuite bathroom connected with shower, bath and toilet. The room comes with a queen bed, sheets, towels provided, a 1,5 x 2m wool rug, a chest of draws, open hanging space with hangers for the tenants use.
If your a student or young professional looking to move to Berlin, this is an ideal space with minimal fuss. We are flexible with rental contract duration and open to people wanting to stay between 2 - 3 months. No possibility to extend as I am returning from a trip home, but registration possible.
The apartment is located:
- a 6 minute walk from Prinzenstraße station, U1/U3 train line, and 12 minutes from Moriztplatz station, U8 train line.
- a 3 Minute walk to the canal.
- is on a main road with free street parking available out front.
The building the apartment is apart of has:
- scooter and bike parking spaces,
- nice, central and back yard area for communal use,
- locked basement storage area for each apartment.
This large, 135m^2 fully furnished apartment is of an open living design, with the kitchen, living room and two large balconies connected with no dividing walls. The first balcony is a 9m^2 oasis for the WG‘s extensive fruit plant collection and the second is a 14m^2 external facing balcony which has a bbq and sitting area for entertaining oneself and guests.
A little about the housemates currently in the WG:
- Max, 32yr old, is an operations manager for a cake shop in berlin, like outdoor activities, swimming, biking and yoga.
We are an open, supportive and easy going WG and are looking for someone who would appreciate this style of shared living.
