I'm looking for a tenant to take over my room in my lovely WG composed of 2 men (Luca (24); Pelino (28)) and 1 woman (Fadwa(26)).
The room is facing the backyard so it is really quiet and you'll often hear birds chirping throughout the day. It is also quite bright and has charming doppelfenster.
Important: ANMELDUNG NOT POSSIBLE.
I'd also like to sell to the next tenant my bed and a clothes rack for 100€. (Please let us know in your message if this would be fine for you.)

The flat is located around Kotti area. It is really convenient and close to all local amenities.
The WG vibe is really chill. We all are quite independent but enjoy gathering in the kitchen for drinks and dinners.
A turtle and a family of goldfish also occupy a part of the bathroom :)
