My name is Gilad.
I'm offering my room for a period of 4 weeks as I volunteer in Uganda and would like to extend my time in the project.
The room is great, and I love it (!). it's 25 sq m with access to a balcony, it's bright and by all means beautiful! Its big and cosy enough to be used as a working/ chilling/ hosting/ sleeping space.
Hanna, the flatmate who stays in the apartment is awesome - sweet, friendly, plant based, and a fun person to live with.
Tfhe apartment is has a fully equipped kitchen and a tidy bathroom.
The location, on Ratiborstr. is just 50m from Görlitzer Park, and maybe 150m from the landwehrkanal. Magnificent Treptower Park and the Spree are also nearby. Neukölln is just on the other side of the bridge and Friedrichshain is also not far away. The street is quiet and full with (now naked) trees.
About the person who'll stay in my room:
- Pleasent, fun & open, and respectful, with whom Hanna will enjoy living.
- Can guarantee to not smoke cigarettes in the apartment, neither on the balcony!
- Willing to help keeping the apartment clean during the stay.
- Plant-based or vegetarian (preferred).
- Fully vaccinated or recovering as Hanna works with a 2 years old child.
- Plants lover.
The room is equipped with a beamer and the person staying in the room will be able to use my bike as well. I'd also ask you to take care of the plants in the room. They don't need much but though they do give love (and oxygen) when taken care of. My request & hope from the person who’ll be living here is to feel at home and treat the place as home, and to be responsible and caring about my stuff and space! Not as religious, but with dignity :)
Whoever read this message and write back - please include a short description about yourself and do refer to your plans or assumed routine for the next weeks, so I'll be able to communicate to my flatmates. Please also approve reviewing the price as its not debatable.
